Hey, everyone! The vast majority of XenoGeist orders have shipped, with the remaining amount having some missing elements which are being reordered from the printer. This happens from to time when surveys are completed late or changes are made to orders. We expect to have everything completed at the very latest by early January.
Just a heads-up: the entire Bad Bug team, including customer service (Shayna), will be taking a holiday break from Dec 23rd to Jan 5th. During that time, we won’t be responding to messages, but we’ll be back and ready to roll in the new year.
